At first glance, I'm torn about this book. So far, I'm not feeling particularly attached to the main characters as they don't feel quite fleshed out in terms of quirks/individualities. I think the premise is very intriguing, however, and makes me want to keep reading.
The title and the cover didn't grab my attention. Although the picture clearly relates to the content, it's so dark and muddy that it doesn't seem to grab the eye. The title seems unnecessarily convoluted, it's almost hard to remember because it doesn't seem to flow well.
