The cover for "No Less Days" is like a still painting. It reflects how the character himself is a part of the past through artistic depictions but is stuck in the present 'modern' time through the use of a photograph.

It looks dark without much hope of light leading readers to wonder what will happen to the character. While the cover is mysterious it's simultaneously disengaging for readers. The weight of the words "No Less Days" seem to weigh down on the character much like the rain.

While I suppose it is the nature of the novel to seem hopeless....a little hope or some form of symbolism would have been great.
