Upon reading that this novel is about a man who can't die who recognizes someone else who can't die, I was immediately reminded of the Bruce Willis and Samuel L. Jackson movie, Unbreakable. The cover of the book looks like a VHS copy of a Hallmark movie. The fact that this is a Christian novel leads me to believe the book may be too corny for this sardonic reviewer.
