I read this book as my April book club choice. The story was very interesting and i loved the 3 Nightbirds. There were a lot of times where i felt anxious of what would happen next. One issue i had with the book was the beginning, part one was kind of slow and hard to get to. I think this was because all of thief characters and all of their back stories were given to you at once. I think i would have enjoyed and understood the book better had the author written separate chapters for each of the girls so it was easier to keep everything sorted. Other than that, the rest of the book picked up pace and was interesting. I’m looking forward to the second book to see what happens with the Nightbirds. Overall would recommend this book to anyone who enjoys fantasy and anyone that enjoys books about strong women working together a bf sticking it to the government.
