When it said it is like Gatsby with magic, I was completely sold. Again, not my genre, but this sounds like a great read. This sounds like a society which wants to keep the girls with the powers stagnant in their abilities and don't want them to become more powerful, possessing all their powers. I would love to see where this one goes.
