Immediately this book throws you into an interesting, slightly creepy, magical world! Just from the prologue I was hooked, and in the rest of the first look, there is so much intrigue set up to build a good story on! I want to know more about the Nightbirds and their background. Even the cover is gorgeous. Can't wait to read more!
