This seems to be a well thought story of a different world. Imagine using magic illegally to help others and to be stuck on giving that magic to others. I imagine the trapped feeling, but seemingly not having another choice to survive. I see that this is leading to a possible revolution and changing a mindset. I'm liking the location and think think this could be a great tale.
