Oh my goodness! This is such a cool way to introduce this new world. I always love books that start off with a map too. Magic seems to be Prohibited, and that is where the 1920s influence comes in. However, the rich appear to be able to get away with it. There are people who want to wipe out the magic. I'm so excited to read more. The cover is also super gorgeous.
