I wasn't sure about this at first, but it grabbed me and drew me in very quickly. The sparkle and the glitz and the magic... and the resentment and determination and hunger in the nightbirds themselves. I can tell it will be a twisty plot and a dangerous game they play and I desperately want to read more.
