I could totally see myself picking up this book and probably never putting it down till I finish it lol. I love the relatability of Kaylee, she seems to be the perfect character that puts the whole book on a different level of storytelling. As a teen, I love the way that she never strays from her perspective as a teenage girl through this situation with Dean, she makes references to relevant Pop culture moments, and reading it immerses me more into the novel, which I look for personally. I love a slow burn as the next girl so I can definitely see the appeal in second-chance love. I had personally read both books, "People We Meet on Vacation" by Emily Henry and "The Summer I Turned Pretty" by Jenny Han, and loved both so I cannot wait to see how this book goes. The cover is eye-catching and makes me wonder about the certain tension that could possibly linger during this book!!
