I do read young adult novels, but romances, or second-chance romances, are not my go-to books. Nothing about this sample changed my mind on that. In the sample, I wasn't overly fond of Kaylee. Perhaps her character changes over the course of the story. The cover definitely lets the reader know this is a YA romance story.
