Compelling YA growing up story

It's clear from the first 30-some pages of "Never Vacation With Your Ex" that the main character, Kaylee, has serious maturation to do. She's a bit spoiled, a bit self-centered. And yet, I'm compelled to join her in this growing up journey. I want to keep reading to see just how she'll navigate stepping out of her mother's spotlight. I want to see how she'll learn to make romantic relationships fulfilling, not suffocating. I want to see how she moves past the pressures of her social media presence. I look forward to reading the entire book and seeing who Kaylee becomes by the end.
