I love when a YA author can write a fun and lighthearted novel, while dealing with topics that are important to the culture. I definitely think this book is worth reading.

Here is what I liked:
Body image is such a struggle for everyone, especially teenagers, and it is important to talk about. I think that this has two important elements. One, from the person struggling with body image and the journey that Greer goes on. Also, I think it is important to see how the people around her acted and to see how people helped and hurt her. There was also a super cute and sweet romance that I loved and some pretty funny moments.

Here is what I did not like:
I would have liked a more up front talk with Greer and her mother.
