I entered and won the raffle for this Young Adult title, My Eyes Are Up Here by Laura Zimmerman.
I only enter raffles of novels I have a feeling I will enjoy reading or connect with the writing style. I loved the humor and the character development within the free sample we received.
This was months ago that I won a copy of it then the pandemic hit and sadly I never received a copy or was able to read this Penguin Teen title. The novel came out today and I will be buying a copy or getting it from my local library because I still really want to read it.
However, I hate the fact I was not able to give a review of the title on the Bookishfirst website, something I really enjoy doing! I'm sorry to the author that I did not get a chance to review your novel but will be hopefully reading it soon!
