I absolutely loved the idea for the book. I personally am a female and while I don't have large breasts myself, I have had friends who have experienced trouble with just that. I love the idea of a book that get's at that. I do, however, think that the writing style could use some improvement. I have read a lot of books over my time and find that there are certain styles that say "novice author." Try putting more action in the beginning of your story, particularly the first few pages. You want to catch the reader's attention, help them to fall in love with the character and the writing style not to describe the past life of the character.
