This book seems to be a pretty witty and humorous coming-of-age novel. I will say I haven't seen many books for teens geared toward this topic so it is a refreshing subject. It's something that is a reality for many young women! I liked the first impression but I'm not sure I want to read over 300 pages on this topic alone, even as she (assumingly) finds her self confidence. Definitely will be enjoyed by the right crowd, just maybe not for me.
