We have a coming of age story where a girl is not exactly thriller with her body. This narrative isn't anything to run home about except it uses the uncomfortable idea of breasts as a way to talk about larger issues affect self esteem, self worth, and awkwardness. For me, this all screams Judy Blum, and with the love angle in play there is a certain splash of John Green style humor, acceptance, and obstacle clearing that made this a really cute read.
