“My Eyes Are up Here” is a very current novel. So many girls are faced with self-doubt, false imaging, and other insecurities. Greer seems like a very relatable protagonist, which is important for me with teen novels. The cover speaks for the book: my body is not me. I’m intrigued by how Greer will grow as a character and how she will overcome her insecurity.
