Coming of Age Story With a Need for Some Self-Love Lessons
The cover is really cute and I dig the placement of "My Eyes Are Up Here".
I probably wouldn't pay for this book if I saw it in a store but only because it's not a storyline/genre that I'm super super into but it's a story I would read if it fell in my lap because I do find humor in narrations by teenage girls.
But although I wouldn't buy this book based on the summary alone I'd stick around after reading this first look for the fun dynamic between Greer and Jackson, the argumentative nature of Maggie, the coming volleyball action and hopefully the self-love Greer's needs to embrace.
