Jane Tennison is a chacter I watched many a night on PBS. But have never picked
up one of Lynda La Plante books . Murder mile may turn out to be the first book of
hers that I read. For authors Preston and Child is one one of my top picks. And
I have many other books which I wish to read. Though make no mistake i enjoy
hearing a new voice. Especially like Jane who is strong willed. Yet has her moments
of doubt. I also like mysteries that keep you guessing till the very last. One can
also imagine how Jane feels with no suspects to go on. It would be like trying to
bake a cake with out any ingredients. With Murder Mile it also gives new meaning
to the term location,location, location.
