I am not the biggest fan of thrillers that are detective centered. So I don't get as excited about those. This author's writing style is fine, but also nothing that grabs me from the first few pages and really hooks me into the story. Obviously I am in the minority because this is a series, so it must work for some people. It just doesn't grab my interest.
