*received the audiobook for free from netgalley for honest review* This was a really great cozy mystery in every way! Adventure, funny characters and a quirky story, what more could you ask for! enjoyed reading this for sure, especially as far as cozy mysteries go bc they can be fun or... not my cup of tea lol
I was really surprised (because i am horrible at picking books at random and forgetting where i heard of them before) when i started reading this that it was based on a phone scam! Hilarious but brilliant and everyday enough that anyones grandma could set out on a cross country adventure to nancy drew herself to the people who scammed her! though i will say i'm not sure how well it would age because hopefully people stop falling for that soon, though it may take another decade or so lol. Overall great read, fun and entertaining adventure!
