What a wonderful introduction to the main character, Mrs. Plansky. The dialogue so far has been funny and charming, and Mrs. Plansky has a funny internal monologue too. The author also knows how to subtly tug at the heart strings with his writing, with the way he described her love for her husband, who passed away. I already like her a lot, and knowing that she's going to take revenge on a phone scammer is incredible.
