This is a real issue in the world today with lots of people losing their life savings to these scammers. I am really hoping that Mrs. Plansky will get her money back. The parts that come from the scammer's point of view, I am not sure if they are meant to garner sympathy, but I do not have that for them. It would be an interesting book to read though.
