My first impression of the cover was it was a story about a woman going back to the old country and possibly chasing after a man. I also thought the time setting for the story would be in the early 1900's. Something gave me that vibe. Maybe with the mountains and the plane.
But once I began to read I understood the cover art much better. I do like the fact at the beginning we are getting two sides of the story. Two backgrounds to help form our opinion. I'm interested in where this story will lead me.
