Reading this first look, I can already picture Thomas Bardenwerper's Mona Passage as a film or TV mini-series. The book sounds like it will be an incredibly suspenseful read, and one that will be very hard to put down. I feel like I will be on the edge of my seat to see if Gabriela makes it safely to Puerto Rico and what will happen to all those around her who are risking their lives for her trip.
