I think readers who enjoy military type thrillers will enjoy this or those who like learning more about the struggling of other nationalities. Did give the first look a try even though these aren't areas I generally care to read about, seems well written & tugs on the heartstrings a bit but personally I just wasn't drawn in to find out the rest of the story.
