The cover did not draw me in as much as the title did. As soon as I read the synopsis, I wanted to read it. Civil rights and really basic human rights are a hot topic right now, and it would be good to read something that was set during the 1960's. I like books that are historical enough for me to learn something, yet has a great story. I feel that this book will do that!
