The blurb for this book makes it sound really good. A missing black man in racially divided 1960s South? That's also a coming of age tale?! Sign me right up! But that first impression was just a tease! It's obvious this book starts with a bang, and only getting like 4 pages of readable material seemed almost mean. I REALLY want to read this book! I want to know what happens to Isaac, I want to know how Pete finds him, I want to know what secrets Glory, Alabama keeps.
