Pretty magical book with a touch of the supernatural, forgiveness in spades, small town romance, and delicious pies. The story was cute and very fun to read, and Heather brought Anna Kaye and Natalie to life in a way that I agonized over their decisions with them. The only part I could have done without was the homeopathy. That's not medicine. Sure, you can soothe people with some of that stuff, and it has a great placebo affect, but much like vaccine deniers, it's not real medicine and people that push that stuff can do a lot of harm when people don't visit real doctors because of it. But, this was fiction, and it only made an appearance a few times, so, not that bad. Overall the book was great and I really liked the small town feel of it.
