This is a feel good book packed with southern charm. I fell in love with the characters right away! Anna Kate returned to Wicklow, Alabama after the death of the grandma Zee. She was going to help out in her Café for a few months. While there, Anna Kate was introduced to people in the charming little town and to a family she never knew.
In this book, you learn that everything happens for a reason and forgiveness is healing. I did not want this book to end! The characters had such personality that I felt like I knew them. While in town, Anna Kate discovered that things may not have been as she was told growing up and that some promises are meant to be broken. You should follow your heart and let everything else fall into place. I highly recommend this book!
