How to Save a Small Town

I live for stories that give the reader hope. It's not necessarily hope without some strings attached but it is a lifeline to grab onto and make something positive happen. This book has a wistful sweetness about it from the onset. A grandmother who leaves her daughter a pie shop in a town that has seen better days. The granddaughter willing to give it a chance. The entire concept is a set up for a charming story and I really look forward to reading this novel. What's better than hope served with a side dish of pie?
