A book with small town warmth and blackbird pie...yum on both counts! Anna Kate has returned to her hometown to bury her beloved grandmother. After reading the sample chapters I can hardly wait to find out how this journey ends. I can smell the biscuits, see the birds and feel the family secrets hidden somewhere out back.
