The writing in this is just as delicious as any blackberry pie I've ever had! The town of Wicklow, Alabama is charming and the magical realism that's promised has me needing to finish this beautiful story with it's quirky Southern characters and Anna Kate as she discovers more about her grandmother and her past, but mostly herself! As a Southern girl myself stories like these are always near and dear to my heart. The cover is absolutely breathtaking and also mouthwatering!
