I can't wait to read Midnight st the Blackbird Cafe. The first impression is a story about family and how grief can tear you apart and make you whole again. Anna Kate's life was all about her mother's grief and her mother's need to keep moving. Moving when ever the grief caught up. After Anna Kate grand mother died leaving her alone she returns to her mother's home and her grandmothers cafe. Anna Kate needs to know more about her mother's history to find her own future. Even thought she finds the locals nosy and intrusive, she is starting to mb ake connection. I cant wait for this book!
