This was a very interesting book! I really liked the plot and characters, and enjoyed the author's writing style.
The story is centered around around Raj Bhatt, an Indian American professor of Anthropology. As an Indian American, he has faced racism and micro aggression his whole life. He and his wife join a tennis club, and there, he accidentally makes a racist remark. Later, one of his lectures is recorded, and construed the wrong way. He is accused of being racist and anti Christian.
This book takes place over the course of a week. Each chapter is one day of Raj's life.
