Sameer Pandya's "Members Only" deals head on with racism and the difficult lines one walks in balancing cultural phrases and respect. Even the first chapter is cringy not because of the writing but because of the event described. I don't doubt the rest is like this as well. But it's important. These conversations are important and the in your face, no holds barred style that Pandya chooses to use is refreshing.
