This deals with a controversial topic - racism. But, it deals with culture vs. culture racism something that isn't seen very much. The author constructs a different take on racism with the main character being from India and struggling to fit in.
For those who might want a different perspective, this would probably be an interesting read.
This is not my preferred genre though and I have no interest in it. As others here have stated, I read to escape, so I would not be interested in this book.
