This book is clearly going to be a powerful reflection on race in America, and already is just in the first look. It's difficult to stomach all of the microaggressions that Raj currently deals with on a daily basis, as well as his reflections on growing up different among white kids. It will be really interesting to see the fallout of the inappropriate comment he makes, when no white people are called out for the comments that they make. I also really love the first person voice and how relatable it is.
