This book was written to be a guide to use skills and abilities to improve your marriage and to find ways to communicate to your spouse regarding a variety of issues and needs for both of you. It gave some reasonable processes but as an overall book it is technical in nature and bit harder to read than a fiction book. The best part of this book is finding helpful hints that will help anyone in any close relationship including friendships, marriages and at time work relationships. The ideas and methodology are helpful are the steps that can be taken to shore up a solid life lasting marriage. The author is thoughtful in their approach and also has the technical experience to recommend things that might work for all types of marriages and situations. This book is not an easy read but worth the work and effort to finish the book and to find solutions.
