I really enjoyed the way this self help book opened with a story about a literal storm to make the metaphorical comparison later on. It was a really interesting beginning and approach.
The writing is solid and engaging, but the sudden and heavy religious emphasis took me out of the text.
The cover art is indicative of this being a self help book, but not of it being a religious one. I was personally surprised to get a few pages in and discover that. That wasn't apparent to me just from looking at the title/cover art, and it definitely impacted my expectations for the words within.
I would not read more of this book. I do think it is something that people seeking spiritual self help/marriage advice in particular may benefit from.
