The narrow focus of this book (self help marriage counseling) lends itself to an extremely limited audience; the immense focus on spirituality / Christianity further limits the audience and, for me, was a major turn off. The subject matter is not at all applicable to me, but nonetheless I thought that the writing has a good flow and authentic voice that pulls you in.
The cover was simple and classy, perfect for a non-fiction self help book.
While I’m sure this book will find it’s way into the hands of readers, I will give it a hard pass since it’s simply not for me.
