I picked this book on a whim. I recently have seen a surge in more card trading/collecting including Pokémon. It was more interesting than I thought it would be.
It was so informative, explaining the value and anatomy of the cards, how to grade the cards.
It was very simple and easy to understand. Even though I am not an avid collector, and actually have none of these cards, it was fun to see the value of each of the cards.
And while the length of the book may seem daunting, it was a great flip through and not at all necessary to read it cover to cover for a non-collector. And as a non-collector, I can still say that it was interesting to read :). I might even go and try to acquire some of my own.
