Beautiful book for collectors of Magic cards

This is a very comprehensive guide to Magic:the Gathering cards. It describes a bit about Magic: the Gathering but the book is mostly about the value of cards and what each card is worth. The cover and binding on the book is beautiful and each page itself is thick. This book will hold up to lots of use. I wish the book explained more about how to play the card game Magic: The Gathering. The book describes what factors make certain cards more valuable and breaks down how to assess the condition of a card and how that affects value. Most of the 500 pages are devoted to pricing of each individual card with some photos breaking up the price lists. It was quite an undertaking for the author I imagine.
