Reminiscent of Harry Potter with a modern twist.

I really enjoyed the first look on this book. It appears to be a marriage between Harry Potter themes and the Mr. Mercedes trilogy by Stephen King. It crosses the magical world of Potter with the harsher and more realistic world of private investigator Bill Hodges. (King's main character). Seems like an interesting and suspenseful read. The murder at the beginning really draws you in immediately and keeps you wanting more!
