First off, I absolutely HATE the cover! It almost stopped me from even reading the first look. I get that the crossed fingers are because of the character talking about lying but still. It is so bland and tacky. I really hope they change it. As far the story, from what I’ve read so far, the only bad is all the curse words ad use of the Lord’s name in vain. Well, and sometimes it seems overwordy. But I digress. I have to say, I LOVED what I’ve read so far and want to read more. This is exactly the kind of books I like to read. I first thought it was young adult but on a closer look, it’s not so much. However, first appearances make the main character seem really immature. I can’t help but like her though. She seems down to earth and has a good head on her shoulders, doesn’t panic easily. I want this book so bad! I wish I had the points to get it. Maybe I will win it. Fingers crossed! Lol.
