I gave this book several starts, and several tries, but in the end, it just was not the book for me. I loved the idea of a space opera, a Bonnie and Clyde retelling set in outer space. I really tried to begin this book several times, but just never got beyond a few chapters.
Although this book was definitely not for me, I think that others might be more drawn to it. If you like books like The Expanse or Star Wars, this book might be more along the lines of what you are looking for, but in the YA format.
The writing style of this book was good, but there was just something about it that did not "click" for me. The cover was beautiful, and the hard cover book was perfect. Just the content didn't strike me as something that I wanted to immerse myself in. With so many books in the world, I'm not going to continue to read one that I don't love.
