I don't know how many of the young adult crowd knows/likes Bonnie and Clyde, but I thought it was an interesting take. The voice is nice and the cover is eye catching, but I just wonder where are the books for the teen crowd that might like an escape from the blood and violence that has been defining the genre recently? I'm not sure I would read this after the sample--I'm not the target audience, and it didn't really stand out from other books of its kind to make me want to read past the end of the sample.
