Fans of the Illuminae Files will likely love this book! You have spaceships, prison heists, and Hans Solo-esqe mercenaries. The inner nerd in me woke up and enjoyed reading though this first look. I will say I connected more with Ava then with Shane for this portion and, while enjoyable, it didn't hook me in quickly. Overall, a fun read that I'm hoping picks up pace as it continues.
