I was super excited to hear about this book because the concept of being stuck on a cruise ship with people you don't wanna be with is already exciting before you add the murder element in. But the main character was SO whiny. She was in other countries literally depriving herself of experiences she wanted to have and excursions she wanted to do so she could stalk her ex. SUCHHHH weird behavior and she was dragging her friends along with her!!! Like, I get that it's realistic, but that doesn't matter if it's something I don't want to read about.
And I did skim ahead so I could try and figure out the whodunit but oh my god it was impossibly hard to follow. I'm sure with some context it would make a little more sense lol but even so I feel like it was mighty convoluted. I am not the target audience for this story so I'd like to think that teens would have a total fun time with it.
